To make jeera water  boil a few seeds of jeera/ cumin in water, then allow it to cool and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach.Both these spices are known for their digestive properties but cumin water works better.Cumin’s alkaline action on our gut health helps in boosting fat loss and improves digestion. Although coriander also aids in digestion, but  cumin is better.

That' why we drink Jal Jeera!But didn't know about coriander.
